I recently wrote an article for my local grocery store foods, PCC, on a diet "Paleolithic." You can read online here. I explain the basic reason for the Paleo diet, some scientific support behind it, and how it can help people with certain health problems. I focus mainly on research by Dr. Staffan Lindeberg at the University of Lund, who studied the non-industrial population using modern medical techniques and also conducts clinical trials diet Paleo diet.
